I Can Cook is the children’s day-time cookery show hosted by Katy Ashworth for CBeebies.
The series gets the under-6s in the kitchen for lots of chopping, mashing and sprinkling. With a selection of specially tailored simple recipes, top cookery tips and the chance to get a bit messy, I Can Cook celebrates a hands-on approach to cooking.
Each episode, Katy welcomes five children into the I Can Cook kitchen to create a recipe of the day. Together they explore where the ingredients come from and how some foods are made as well as learning some simple kitchen and cookery skills.
