Presented by Dermot O'Leary, Soccer Aid sees two star-studded squads of footballing legends and celebrities from England and the Rest of the World take on one another in an electrifying football match, all in aid of UNICEF.

The brainchild of UNICEF ambassador Robbie Williams and Jonathan Wilkes, Soccer Aid, last held at Old Trafford in May 2012, has attracted a host of world class players and celebrities including Hernan Crespo, Zinedine Zidane, Diego Maradona, Clarence Seedorf, Ryan Giggs, Paul Gasgoigne, Will Ferrell, Edward Norton, Woody Harrelson, Damian Lewis, and James McAvoy.

Since the first Soccer Aid took place in 2006 the all star match has raised over £11 million for UNICEF's work with children around the world.

This year's event took place at Old Trafford with Sam Allardyce managing the England team and legendary Scot Kenny Dalglish taking the helm for the rest of the world.

The England squad saw star players including captain Robbie Williams, Jason Isaacs , Mark Owen, Olly Murs and Ben Shephard plus footballing icons Teddy Sheringham, Martin Keown and David Seaman.

Meanwhile the Rest of the World's players included captain Michael Sheen, Will Ferrell, James McAvoy, Edward Norton and Gerard Butler joined by footballing legends Hernan Crespo, Roy Keane and Freddie Ljungberg.

The 4 hour extravanganza featured a host of studio guests including Robbie Williams, Wayne Rooney and Robbie Savage.
